Called to see if service department was still open for business. Service manager, Mike Fallin, said yes and was able to get my Stelvio in 20 minutes later for the latest software update. Update took about 35 minutes and I was on my way. Very happy.
I've always had great service here, thanks to Mike, the service manager. He knows how particular I am about my cars and he the mechanics respect these awesome machines. I have a Giulia Ti Sport and a Giulia Quadrifoglio serviced by them.
Service department guys, as usual, were great! Couldn't ask for better, friendly-er service personnel from the manager to the technician. They are very informative and open to answering all my questions as a long time (since 1971) Alfa owner and enthusiast. Note to FCA: This is my third recall visit which is 50 miles round trip from my house to the dealership. When might I expect some reimbursement for my fuel expenditure?
I’ve have had my Ghibli in the service department three time since I’ve owned it. They are always professional and keep you informed of ant present or future service that may be needed..
