I didn't have an appointment that day but because the problem was intermittent and I was in the neighborhood I thought I would pay a visit and see if I could get the glitch to manifest itself. Service switched my appointment to that day from a couple of days hence. They had it diagnosed and fixed in no time and did the 20,000 miles/2 year checkup as well. Thanks guys!
Good experience with Service and waiting room is very comfortable. Mike always does an excellent job. They washed my vehicle and topped off my fluids!
Joe Mullins (Used Car Manager, and Peter Latsoudis (Business Manager) were polite, friendly, and accommodating. I am purchasing out-of-state, so I was happy they showed the flexibility that needed to happen in this process. If I was going to complain it would be about the manual process for acquiring and signing the paperwork. There is no e-resignation process it is all manual and with a notary. I haven't had to experience that process since the 2000's. It took over a week to finalize the purchase. The owners of that dealership need to spend some $$$ and make this process efficient as ...
Yesterday was my first visit to Alfa Romeo of St.Petersburg. Mike Fallin, the service manager, was fantastic. He provided excellent customer service and was deeply knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. I would recommend service at this dealership without hesitation.
The team at Alfa St. Pete spent the extra time show and explain exactly what was needing repair. They took care of it right away and at a very fair price. This was my first visit and they went above and beyond.

This is my first time using Maserati St Pete and I am going no where else. The customer service is totally awesome.
